Let it be known that Lila Mary Nields-Duffy made her entrance on May 4, 2006 at 10:18pm at Cooley-Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA. She was a little more than three weeks early, and so she's been under oxygen and on IV antibiotics for the past day or so, but we are hoping to come home soon. She's 5 lbs 4 oz, 18.5 inches and has a gorgeous head of black curly hair like her father's. She is beautiful and her parents are ecstatic. Her cousin Amelia said she was the most beautiful newborn in the universe. We concur (though Amelia was just as beautiful herself, truth be told.)
